This is Charlotte, a gothic lolita obbsessed, serious best friend of Fiona. She the junior class president in her's and fiona's class.
this brings the group to 6 lolis (there is a 6 person dance i want the girls do dance, so ive been making charlotte for about a week or so thinking about whether she should have been the same age as fiona and if she was going to be another little sister)
decided to go with the BFF route as two sister both older and younger has been included in the group already so Fiona gets a class buddy :D
hope you like her as much as i liked designing her.
