The Love Machine line of stories has so much mileage it\'s not even funny. The setting is two androids gain sentience, and find meaning in that sentience.Think about it. If an AI was truly self-aware in the future what would it do? We as human beings have a force called WILL. We actually want to do things. Things that bring us "happiness and joy" and things that "secure our livelihood."Would a normal robot that achieved sentience even care about its own life? Would a normal robot even know what happiness and joy are? Emotions like fear and pleasure are all caused by hormones... our natural biology. They are what make us humans.The thing is... these robots, being sexbots DO have pleasure XD. They have something that lets them feel alive. Something that they desire. So with all that knowledge and processing power, they don\'t care about destroying the world.
